Are you passionate about driving innovation with a sustainable impact? Axpo is looking for a dynamic (Senior) Innovation Manager to lead groundbreaking projects that shape the future of energy. Join us to turn visionary ideas into reality and foster an innovative culture across the Axpo Group.
**What You Will Do**:
- **Lead Group Innovation Projects**: Spearhead initiatives from ideation to execution, aligning with our strategic goals to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- **Collaborate Effectively**: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop minimum viable products and ensure successful project transition into our business areas.
- **Cultivate Innovation**: Moderate exchanges between innovators, support business area projects through research and coordination, and communicate successes to inspire across Axpo.
**What You Bring & Who You Are**:
- Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences. Business-related education is an advantage.
- 4-6 years in research, development, strategy, project management, or innovation. Energy industry experience is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and quick learning abilities. A team player with excellent communication and networking skills. A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to adapt swiftly.
- Skilled in coordinating internal and external stakeholders and leading project teams without direct authority.
- Proficiency in German and English is required. Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., Italian, Spanish, French) is beneficial for international coordination.
