**What you will do**:

- Supporting of the group innovation team in the development, implementation and monitoring of various innovation workshops and programs to promote new innovations from the idea to a successful launch
- Supporting the dissemination and the knowledge of innovation methods such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Business Model Innovation within all business areas across the Axpo Group
- Supporting various innovation projects related to increasing customer centricity, methodology knowhow and fostering an innovation culture all business units in Axpo Group.
- Supporting the continuous efforts to establish the future foresight program within the Axpo

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have a enrolled or finished Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Business Innovation, Entrepreneurship or similar
- You have excellent communication skills and with your great analytical skills you are a fast learner
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams and Mural or Miro
- You are fluent in English and German

**About the team**:
Together in our team we run multiple innovation workshops and trainings and we support our business units in innovation topics. This is why we set high priority on teamwork. We recently launched our foresight program where we analyze technology and trends and where we create future scenarios and action plans to get ready for tomorrow.
