We're looking for a seasoned Lead Group Business Analytics with expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and data warehousing to overcome challenges in data flow and unlock actionable insights for impactful decisions. **What you will do**:

- Head and shape the Business Analytics initatives and Competence Center, ensuring strategic resource planning and scoping of new BI capabilities.
- Oversee the delivery process of gathering, analyzing, and modeling key data and performance indicators.
- Lead solution support and development for Power BI Reports and dashboards, enhancing data accessibility for stakeholders.
- Champion a data-driven culture within Axpo, promoting data literacy and collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the organization's data strategy with its business objectives.
- Develop processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and data analysts to align BI solutions with organizational needs.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Master’s in business administration, economics, technology, or natural sciences.
- Minimum 5 years in Microsoft Power BI, Cloud BI stack, 10 years in BI delivery, and big data architecture.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate. Capable of managing diverse teams and driving organizational change.
- Proficiency in digital technologies, project management, and strategic thinking.
- Open, engaging, agile, and resilient personality with a strong can-do mindset and ability to drive change.
- Fluent in German and English, Basic Spanish would be a plus
