We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Nuclear Development Coordinator. In your new role you will contribute your knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm to Axpo's nuclear division. You will lead a team of Nuclear Development Engineers who are deployed abroad on nuclear new build projects. **What you will do**:

- Set up a competence center within the Nuclear Division focusing on monitoring, analysis and assessment of the latest technological developments and the realization of nuclear new build projects
- Act as the primary interface and contact point for internal stakeholders regarding nuclear project development and technologies
- Strengthen international networks with technology providers, operators, and organizations through regular participation in key industry events
- Report and present the group’ activities to the executive level, managing projects and tasks arising from executive meetings

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering or Economics. Additional training in project management is advantageous
- Self-driven personality with strong analytical skills, capable of creating vision and strategies
- At least 5 years in nuclear energy technology, with involvement in a nuclear new build project
- Experience in managing infrastructure projects
- Team player with commitment, resilience and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel (20-40%).
- Business-fluent English; German and/or French is advantageous
