**Web Analytics Manager**:
Join a small, closely-knit team and have a real impact on the digital touch-points of Vorwerk. We are working hard to elevate our platform to new levels by shaping and implementing features, improving existing functionality and scaling our platform. We are looking for a Web Analytics Manager who will escort the international online strategy and helps us to keep our position as a leader in the kitchen appliance and cleaning segment.

**About you**
We’re looking for a Web Analytics Manager that is eager and a fast learner. We don’t expect you to hit the ground running, and we believe you’ll fit right in as long as you have a curious mindset.
You have a strong track record of working with digital tagging and analytics and are excited about joining a highly diverse and multinational company. You will work closely with all functions within the E-Business, UX, Design, Marketing and local teams to ensure that the optimisation opportunities are maximised.

You’re a generalist and excited about taking ownership. Shipping often is essential to you, and you see things through to the end. A plus is if you have experience working with remote and hybrid teams.

**What a day at Vorwerk might look like**
- Identifying objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies
- Develop standardised marketing reports that help the organisation understand customer behaviour and business results against top KPIs
- Support the digital teams on technical needs around testing and become the go-to for all things around testing and personalisation in the web channel
- Plan the effective implementation and running of digital personalisation using appropriate data
- Make use of data and analytics to fuel campaign or content creativity, design, and implementation and deliver actionable insight
- Work with marketing partners and the database manager to ensure data is captured in a structured and consistent manner that supports the overall data strategy

**When it comes to your experience, this is what we’re looking for**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role in the Marketing area
- Proficient with Excel reporting (Dashboard, Pivot, Vlookup, filters, validations and other valuable functions)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Google Marketing Platform
- SQL, R, or Python knowledge
- Experience with Tag Management Solutions, preferably Google Tag Manager, on an enterprise level
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript. Fluent in debugger tools, especially against Google Analytics implementations
- Experience in web development project lifecycles, understanding dependencies, project management, and content management systems
- Methodical and organised; able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills and analytical and practical problem-solving skills are essential.
- Fluent in English, any further language of advantage
- Ability to travel up to 20%
