**About the role - Summary**

In this temporary position as Employee Communications Manager, you will play an important role in aligning employees with Swiss Re's strategy, supporting the digital transformation and helping facilitate cultural change across the organization. You will bring fresh ideas, a flair for storytelling, and an appetite to utilise new tools and formats to engage employees.

**About the role - Tasks**

The Employee Communications Manager:

- Develops communication concepts and implements communication activities related to Group initiatives, the digital transformation and culture change
- Creates high-quality and engaging content in English - e.g. articles, blogs, videos, interviews for a variety of channels
- Helps organize town halls and other events to align employees with the business strategy and visibly position senior leaders
- Manages and coordinates content for internal digital channels, including Yammer
- Monitors and measures the impact of communication activities
- Aligns communication content with internal stakeholders
- Publishes content on digital channels and oversees production of video and other visual content

**About you**

You have:

- A Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Communications, Change/Digital Mangement, Marketing or Journalism
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Communications, ideally in internal, change or digital communication, in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong storytelling, writing and editing capabilities
- Strong conceptual, planning and project management skills
- Stamina and persistence to pursue new ideas
