**About the role**:

- Support implementation of global standards and procedures around Product Costing according to Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality (GMSGQ) Finance & Global Finance.
- Support year-on-year update process of standard cost, in coordination with GMSGQ functions, as aligned with Planning & Reporting team.
- Support Finance Business Partner for Global Direct Procurement and any KPI related matters linked to product costing topics.

**How you will contribute**:

- Support global yearly planning process and standard cost updates in cooperation with various internal partners (plant finance teams, global finance, planning and reporting team, etc.)
- Support analysis and preparation of management presentation for results
- Support variance planning during budget phase
- Support global standards and procedures around product costing
- Support COGs reconciliation in reporting systems for consolidated group financial statements and contact point for auditors
- Oversee TBS (Takeda Business Solutions) activities related to product costing reconciliations
- Secure training and communication to / for all partners within the Takeda Organization
- Support any matters linked to official reporting (HFM)
- Support direct procurement department and their performance measurement

- Build and strengthen GMSGQ Finance Network to support annual product costing updating process and ongoing improvement projects, give guidance, training for new joiners.

- Support function with capability to further work toward process improvements.

**Interaction**
- GMSGQ finance network, limited interactions with Global Finance.

**Innovation**
- Support process and system improvements in cooperation with the system leads and digital finance tasks.

**Complexity**
- Support global product costing process, improvement and implementation projects, support and give training within GMS Finance network; basic knowledge of Takeda production portfolio and supply chain / manufacturing footprint.

**What you bring to Takeda**:
**Required**:

- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
- 3+ years relevant work experience in Controlling, ideally as a production plant Controller in the International Pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years experience with Project Management.
- Excellent analytical ability, high level of numeracy.
- Knowledge of SAP Module FI/CO.
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS with emphasis on standard COGs calculations.
- Fluent English (business, written and spoken)

**Travel Requirements**:

- This position is assigned to a global function and, therefore, is also involved to a higher extent with global project work. Required travel ~ 10%.
