**Your responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning and Alignment:

- Support the CSO with strategic R&D initiatives, processes and deliverables
- Work cross-functionally within the R&D Leadership team, staying connected to key developments in R&D (e.g. products, services and capabilities), as well as business growth and market demands
- Develop strategic material for the global R&D organization
- Foster a 1ADM culture of innovation and excellence

Project Management:

- Manage and prioritize concurrent projects within a dynamic environment
- Drive independent and collaborative projects
- Planning, agendas, KPI and portfolio reporting
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success and operational efficiency

**Your profile**:

- Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to targeted audiences
- Experience in corporate R&D, interacting with diverse departments would be advantageous
