In addition, you will complete the team in testing and being involved in hand-over activities to ensure smooth transition from Service design to Service operation. You create test cases, support in functional testing, coordinate UAT-Testing and create user information to support the change process.
- The role will be hired in our Headquarters in Thalwil, Switzerland (Zurich area).
- **Your Responsibilities**:

- Record, track and document incidents, problems and requests, including all decisions made and actions taken through to final resolution
- Support business users in the use of the system
- Participate in testing and roll-out of new feature or releases
- Contribute to user information regarding planned outages and changes
- Create knowledge base articles for FAQ, create user training material
- Hold user training sessions (or support doing so)
- Create, update, maintain and administer system documentation

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of Business Process Applications (ERP systems) and its use
- Understanding business processes and fundamentals in Quote-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay (preferably also Finance)
- Studying or having completed studies in Business Information Technology or similar work experience in related area
- Good IT background to understand and classify raised incidents and requests
- Experience with Jaggaer, Abacus, Salesforce is beneficial
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence is beneficial
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- CH work permit or EU citizenship
