Am Standort Visp suchen wir eine/n Laborant/in (m/w/d) im Bereich Mikrobiologie. Als Mitglied unseres jungen und dynamischen Mikrobiologie-Teams, bist du unter Einhaltung der GMP- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien verantwortlich für die Routine-Durchführung von verschiedenen mikrobiologischen Methoden.

Dies beinhaltet die Analyse von Fermentations-Proben auf Kulturreinheit und -Identität, Analyse der In Prozess-Kontrollen und der API's (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) auf Belastung mit mikrobiellen Kontaminanten ("Total Enumeration Test"; Membranfiltration und Plattenguss), Herstellung und Freigabe der Kulturmedien gemäss Richtlinien der Pharmakopöe.

Auch die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Methodenverifizierungen bei der Implementierung von neuen Projekten, sowie die Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Labor gehören zu deinem breiten und abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet dazu.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung und Protokollierung von verschiedenen mikrobiologischen Analysen (z.B. Kulturreinheit und -Identität, Total Enumeration Test) gemäß GMP-Richtlinien
- Herstellung und Freigabe der Kulturmedien gemäss Richtlinien der Pharmakopöe
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Methodenverifizierungen bei der Implementierung von neuen Projekten
- Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Labor

**Dein Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als LaborantIn, BTA, oder BSc mit Fachrichtung Biologie, Biochemie oder ähnlichem Bereich
- Hands-on Labor Erfahrung (insbesondere Erfahrung mit mikrobiologischen Analysetechniken) sind ein Plus
- Kenntnisse im Bereich GMP ist ein Plus
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
