Scientist Project Support Qc Microbiology

We are looking for a scientist in QC microbiology (M/F/d) at the Visp, Switzerland location. The QC Microbiology deals with a wide range of microbiology analyzes and is responsible for the entire microbiology on the part of Lonza, in Visp, from analysis to monitoring tasks. For our fast-growing team, we are looking for an additional scientist (M/F/d) to take on various tasks within project support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support for various projects at the Visp site within QC Microbiology in the area of project support
- Collection, investigation and evaluation of verification data and vulnerabilities as well as implementation and monitoring of corrective measures
- Participation in the creation and release of technical documentation
- Method development and verification (no direct laboratory work). Creation of verification plans and reports, as well as support of other departments with quality assurance tasks
- Carry out cGMP investigations in the event of deviations in the assigned area of responsibility and support process improvements within the QC microbiology
- Readiness for on-call service every 3 - 4 months (operations are carried out from home)

**Key Requirements**:

- Completed studies in the natural sciences (MSc/PhD) in the direction of microbiology / biology or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry microbiology an advantage
- GMP experience an advantage
- You enjoy facing challenges in a dynamic young team
- You have very good knowledge of German and English
