An unserem Standort in Visp, Switzerland suchen wir Scientist as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Sterility Testing in QC Drug Product (DP) MIKROBIOLOGIE. QC DP Mikrobiologie beschäftigt sich mit dem anspruchsvollsten Bereich in der mikrobiologischen Qualitätskontrolle, nämlich mit der Sterilitätsprüfung von fertig abgefüllten Arzneimitteln. Bei der QC Mikrobiologie Drug Product tragen Sie als SME Mitverantwortung für die Gesundheit von Millionen von Menschen, die durch Sie kontrollierten Medikamente erhalten. Somit tragen Sie aktiv dazu bei, dass die Menschen länger und gesünder auf der ganzen Welt leben.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Etablierung der Sterilitätsprüfung am Standort Visp
- Organisation von praktischen und theoretischen Schulungen vom Laborpersonal als SME Tutor
- Planung von Verifizierungsstudien (Hauptaugenmerk liegt bei Sterilitätsprüfung nach cEP 2.6.1) und ggf. praktische Unterstützung bei der Durchführung bei Bedarf
- Sicherstellung der GMP-gerechten Dokumentation von Testungen
- Mithilfe bei (Re)Qualifizierungen und beim Etablieren neuer Methoden
- SME-Support beim Auftreten von Abweichungen und Expertise bei Untersuchungen
- Kooperation mit Kollegen, um Prozesse zu optimieren und ggf. gemeinsame Lösungen für Probleme zu finden

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Mikrobiologie, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiologische Qualitätskontrolle oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld und im Mikrobiologielabor ist ein Muss
- Erste Erfahrung mit Sterilitätsprüfung von drug product an einem Isolator (nach Ph. Eur. 2.6.1, USP
und JP 4.06) ist ein Muss. Langjährige Erfahrung wird bevorzugt.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit LIMS, iLAB oder MODA sind vom Vorteil
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch sind wichtig
- Sie haben Freude an der Teamarbeit, zeigen Initiative und tragen konstruktiv dazu bei, die arbeitsbezogene Prozesse zu verbessern
