**This position reports to**:
Agile Unit Leader

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the divisions in ABB to define their e-commerce strategy. Each day, you will lead the design and operation of the tools and teams needed to maximize sales through digital channels and platforms. You will also showcase your expertise by building and managing a team of e-commerce experts. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Enabler in Europe. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring the chapter mission is being delivered - Acting as a coach with deep expertise related to the chapter and ensuring that chapter members have appropriate competencies and skills and getting regularly updates on new developments during alignment meetings on chapter specific topics. Conducting performance review of chapter members collecting input from relevant stakeholders - Leading the recruitment process of new chapter members and supporting appropriate staffing across agile units in accordance with relevant stakeholders - Defining global Digital Commerce strategy across the pillars ebusiness and ecommerce, recognizing different needs and maturity/readiness levels by region/country and cascade global Digital Commerce strategy into country markets and ensuring required prioritization - Together with divisional / local organization driving brand presence and increase orders / revenues through eBusiness solutions, 3rd party and ABB owned marketplaces as well as distributor webshops - Defining Digital Commerce business targets and driving achievement together with country organizations and ensuring business metrics are in place, measurable and tracked - Defining and deploying Digital Commerce budget on EL level - Staying at the cutting edge of market trends and state of the art technologies related to Digital Commerce. Defining implementation strategy and as needed as per the Digital Commerce strategy in place

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Deep knowledge of Sell-in and Sell-out processes and tools in ELSP and Electrification as well as of eBusiness and eCommerce operating models and ecosystems prevalent in the industry
- Strong leadership experience in complex organizations
- Proven experience as a consultant, business processes or platforms leader in eBusiness / eCommerce
- Process oriented, flexible to travel, and skilled in customer relationship/management
- Strong consultancy, analytical and communication skills demonstrated in a good servant leadership practice
- Proven stakeholder management ability preferably in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English, other language skills are a plus
