**Catering manager**

Nous recherchons un(e) **Catering Manager ambitieux(se)**, doté(e) d’une forte orientation vers la croissance et le développement commercial, pour guider notre département de catering vers de nouveaux horizons.
Un esprit entrepreneurial et une solide capacité de développement commercial sont essentiels pour étendre notre présence sur le marché.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Définir et exécuter des stratégies de développement commercial pour augmenter la visibilité et l’attractivité de notre offre de catering.
- Créer et optimiser des packages de services, proposer des offres personnalisées et des services additionnels pour répondre aux besoins des clients et maximiser les ventes.
- Collaborer avec le département marketing pour promouvoir les services via des campagnes ciblées, du contenu digital et d’autres canaux de communication.
- Développer et maintenir un réseau solide de contacts et partenaires commerciaux, en participant activement à des événements de networking.
- Superviser la gestion financière et budgétaire des événements, garantissant une rentabilité optimale des projets.
- Planifier et organiser les opérations de chaque événement, de la préparation des devis à la facturation, en respectant les normes de qualité.
- Assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients, en fournissant des solutions sur mesure qui surpassent leurs attentes.
- Gérer la logistique et la coordination avec les fournisseurs, garantissant une exécution fluide et sans faille.
- Maintenir les normes de qualité et d’hygiène conformément aux standards HACCP.

**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**
- Expérience significative dans le secteur du catering avec un solide bagage en développement commercial.
- Capacité prouvée à augmenter les ventes et à élargir la base de clients grâce à des stratégies commerciales efficaces.
- Compétences en gestion budgétaire et en optimisation des coûts.
- Excellentes aptitudes en vente et networking, avec une forte orientation client.
- Leadership et gestion d’équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et de superviser efficacement le personnel.
- Proactivité et capacité à identifier des opportunités de croissance.
- Sens de l’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs événements simultanément.
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (l’italien est un atout).

**STRUCTURE HIÉRARCHIQUE**

Le/la Catering Manager reportera au CEO. ll/Elle sera responsable d’une personne au sein de l’équipe catering.

- **Localisation** : Poste basé à Genève avec des déplacements réguliers en Suisse.
