The restaurants of FWG call Basel, Bern, Winterthur, Zurich, and Central Switzerland (Lucerne and Zug) their home, where our staff lovingly take care of our guests because beautiful experiences in good company bring happiness
We operate with agility and encourage self-organized work. This means we have flat hierarchies and nurture a familial atmosphere on an equal footing.
Since the early 90s, we have been successfully active in the Swiss market. Since 2020, we have been led in the second generation by brothers Manuel and Daniel Wiesner. Culinary-wise, we delight our guests with food concepts from around the world. We prioritize central locations, even for our take-away and delivery services. Currently, we operate 33 locations and 4 delivery stations, have 6 food brands in the market, and employ more than 900 staff members from around 60 different nations.
