**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to the family members, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Anticipate and proactively address the family's needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth and seamless daily experience.
- Manage household finances, including paying bills, tracking expenses, and preparing budgets.
- Oversee household staff, ensuring their duties are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Handle household logistics, such as ordering groceries, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating with vendors.
- Maintain a high level of organization and confidentiality, ensuring the family's privacy and security.
- Accompany family members on business trips and social engagements, providing logístical and administrative support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or hospitality management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a private assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a sensitive environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to travel as required.

**Language Level**:

- Exceptional communication, written, and verbal skills in English.
- Proficiency in Russian or French is highly desirable.
