My client is looking for an **Executive/Personal Assistant** with experience working with international organization to join their office in Geneva.

This position is to support administratively the CEO in their personal and business activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing household staff and staff schedules
- Managing the CEO's properties in Geneva and abroad
- Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls
- Coordinating, scheduling and managing meetings both in person and by VCs (Zoom/Webex)
- Extensive calendar management, dealing with the team internally and with clients
- Restaurant and car bookings
- Various ad hoc administration tasks

**Your profile**:

- Extensive diary management experience ideally in international organization
- 2 - 5 years' relevant executive/administrative experience ideally in financial company
- Previous roles supporting a team in a very fast-pace environment
- Excellent use of English and French - (written and spoken)
- Proven expertise with the Internet and Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Extremely organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage complex schedules, calendars and travel arrangements across different time zones
- Able to work as part of a team and to take instructions from supervisor.
