**DEINE AUFGABEN**:
- **Du bist die **Schnittstelle** aller operativen Logistikprozesse und sorgst für die** Organisation und Überwachung** derer - von der Auslieferung und Befüllung bis hin zur qualitativen Kontrolle unserer FELFEL Kühlschränke.
- Du **kommunizierst mit unseren Fahrern** (mehrsprachig ;-)) über mehrere Channels, agierst schnell und behältst dabei immer den Überblick. So stellst du sicher, dass alle Lieferungen pünktlich und reibungslos verlaufen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle **FELFEL Kühlschränke einwandfrei funktionieren** und sorgst für evtl. Problembehebungen mithilfe von unserem Hardware und Tech-Team.
- Du hilft bei der **Planung von regelmässigen Customer Tours** des Merchant Teams mit.
- Du erstellst Transportaufträge, **dokumentierst Prozesse** in unserem System und stehst auch in engem Austausch mit unserem Logistikpartner in Lausanne.
**WER DU BIST**:
- Du hast **Spass an der Kommunikation** mit vielen verschiedenen internen und externen Teams und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer.
- Du hast ein Auge für Details, bist ein **Organisationstalent **und kannst verschiedene Aufgaben parallel koordinieren.
- Kein Tag gleicht dem anderen: Du magst administrative Tätigkeiten genauso wie operative Aufgaben und nimmst gerne Challenges an.
- Sprachen**:Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift**, mind. Schulkenntnisse in Französisch.
- Nichtraucher: Du riechst nicht nach Zigaretten und rauchst tagsüber nicht. FELFEL steht für eine gesunde Lebensweise.
- EU/EFTA oder Schweizer Arbeitsbewilligung.
