**Your role**
- Do you like to work and explore multiple, complex IT technologies? Are you interested supporting Cyber Security Technologies and solve complex issues? You are interested in analyzing data; identifying trends, investigating findings and build dashboards?
- We're looking for someone like that to:
- combine software and systems to develop creative engineering solutions to operations problems;
- focus on optimizing existing Security systems in the bank and reducing work through automation;
- build and enhance monitoring solutions to enhance health of the Security platforms; (Self-Healing)
- collaboratively build operational, near real-time telemetry to make us better, faster and more efficient;
- analyze events and processes in a complex ecosystem, and produce insights, and identify areas for improvement;
- Bring a passion/interest in AIOps and perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Cyber and Information Security Support Team in Zurich (Switzerland). We, as Cyber Security Support Team, are responsible for operational stability and availability of the Security Solutions used by the Security Operation Centre and other Stakeholders.

**Your expertise**
- You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
- In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in Information Technology and Cyber Security or similar
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
- Start date: July 2023
