**In short**:
This is your chance to kickstart your career in the sportswear industry and join the fastest-growing sports brand This internship gives you the opportunity to be involved in interesting projects, while gaining exposure to many essential parts of our DTC business and global operations.

Start date as soon as possible, duration 6 months. Location: Zurich.

**Your Mission**:

- Support selected DTC projects and initiatives, from design to implementation: e.g., automations, customer experience improvements, strategy implementation
- Support on improvement initiatives to achieve the next level of efficiency/scalability of our operations
- Revamp our way of leveraging data and insights in close collaboration with Data Analytics
- Research on ground-breaking technologies and use cases of high relevance for our DTC business, especially in the context of Customer Experience and Payments & Risk Management
- Support on improvement initiatives to establish an efficient and scalable operational backbone for the DTC business
- Be involved in the identification, negotiation and implementation of external partnerships to enable DTC projects & initiatives
- Support on other day-to-day topics and initiatives as needed

**Your story**:

- Enrolled student or recently graduated in a Bachelor/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Social Studies, or similar
- You gathered work experience through previous internship(s). Experience in consulting, sports and retail industry is an advantage.
- You are highly analytical with a strong knowledge of assessing business plans and building insights and recommendations from data
- You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo and innovate to drive business growth
- You have a curios and a customer-centric mind, you enjoy solving problems and identifying opportunities using diverse and modern sources of knowledge
- You have an affinity in project planning from start to finish
- You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously

**Your story**:
