**Senior Account Manager - Capital Markets**

**Colt Capital Markets is a vertical business unit within Enterprise Sales, focused on the unique requirements of organisations operating in capital markets. Along with Colt’s generally available products, we offer a range of specialist products and propositions which assist these organisations. German and English is essential for this role**

**Role purpose**:

- At Colt we are changing the perception of our business and industry sector. As part of this transformation we are growing new services and teams to facilitate and drive the business to the next level.
- Colt provides world-class network and communications services to information-intensive businesses across Europe, Asia and North America. With local market understanding and global reach - Colt is big enough to deliver and small enough to care.
- Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will hold responsibility for acquiring new business from both new logos and existing accounts for Colt within a respective region.
- We are expecting that person to be able to build, develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential new customers, focusing on sales of telecom solutions (Network and Voice) and services in order to meet booking and revenue targets, demonstrating a strong experience in accounts management.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of accounts in the segment of carriers and systems integrators, focusing on selling network and voice solutions and services
- Implements and executes agreed sales strategy for targeted accounts/prospects
- Provides cross functional support and feeds-back market intelligence to enable tactical and strategic responses for key Segments and Accounts
- Identifies and evaluates customers' current and future telecommunication requirements, making recommendations for solutions and ensuring that the customer's focus is the driving force behind all activities
- Conducts face to face (client) meetings where appropriate; delivering presentations
- Builds and works in true partnership with clients to build and maintain relationships which meet both the customer's goals as well as COLT's
- Represent and promote COLT and its products/services in a professional manner
- Building a qualified pipeline to cover 6-12 months rolling period
