Be One Of Not Many

Part of the Digital team and in direct support of the CRM Specialist, the CRM Intern is supporting on a day-to-day basis the adoption of the Elevate (Salesforce) tools across markets and HQ. He/she is the go-to-person to resolve issues and coordinate correction plan. On top, he/she participates to the client activation strategy by executing CRM campaigns and coordinating animations in boutiques. Last, he/she contributes to the execution of tests during the releases of new features in the Salesforce environment.

**Elevate admin & innovation support - 40%**

Create users access rights and follow-up with users

Be the point of contact for support on Elevate tools for markets

Coordinate resolution plan with Elevate teams

Support CRM Specialist on Elevate innovations (launch of new channels, new Elevate products )

**Communication - 20%**

Coordinate campaigns execution with markets, Campaign Factory, agency, and Digital Content team

Execution of simple campaigns in Marketing Cloud

**Tests - 20%**

Participate to tests releases on Service Cloud, The View, Marketing Cloud and The Hour Club

**The Hour Club coordination - 10%**

Coordination of The Hour Club offline animations execution (eg: events in boutique)

Support CRM Specialist on the technical development

**Requirements**:

- Minimum BA degree and above
- Minimum 1 year experience in CRM or Digital or Hospitality
- Computer proficient (Microsoft office and CRM software)
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written in English and another language (Chinese and/or French a plus)
- Desired skills: innovative, collaboration, team player, presentation, and communication skills
