Purpose of the Job - short description

The purpose of this job is to coordinate the daily repair operations, to ensure on time delivery to our customers in accordance with the Repair lead time. This is a key support function for repair services activity.
- The Repair coordinator makes the link between Customer Service officer, Logistic, MRP planner and procurement to ensure on time execution of operations
- Give feedback to procurement team regarding short term supply issues (missing parts, non-conformity,)
- The Repair coordinator is in charge of launching, coordinating and controlling the progress of Service Orders according to the Repairs Schedule

**Main responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the complete repair flow with our involved departments from the customer request to the delivery of the repair parts back to the customer
- Ensure that all steps of the repair flow are managed in timely manner by each department
- Check plan orders readiness to ensure service orders can be launch on time and analyse exception messages of the MRP
- Ensure that service orders generate purchase requisition for the MRP planner to launch repair purchase order on time in SAP
- Follow up daily the progress of service orders through close exchanges with Customer service officers and provide visibility on materials availability for our customers
- Follow-up subcontracted operations and ensure their execution on time in collaboration with procurement and logistics
- Ensure that priorities are clearly displayed and updated (visual management)
- Alert the supply chain manager and customer Service officer about issues impacting customer deliveries (missing parts, quality issues, technical data )
- Analyse deviations with supply chain/Procurement and customer service, and propose short term recovery actions to catch-up the committed customer need
- Collaborate with quality team to prioritize incoming inspection and quality issues priorities
- Follow-up customer deliveries complaints and assist with closing the NCR
- Manage the information workflow of service orders: job release, material consumption and shipment process to customer (in collaboration with logistics and/or ERP team)
- Participate to Problem Solving routines to eradicate root causes of non-performance
- Adopt the Ways of Working (WOW) / Behaviours in your day to day working, as per ALSTOM Guidelines and Alstom values "Agile, Responsible and Inclusive”
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistic in the Industrial sector
- Rigour Team player
- Respectful of the deadlines
- Languages: Fluent in German

**English**: shall be able to use professional English on a daily basis for speaking (phone-Skype),reading and writing purposes.

**French and/ or Italian**: intermediate level would be much appreciated.
- ERP experience on SAP module MM, WM, SD.
