Its innovative and reliable solutions have been part of more than 1,600 reference projects worldwide.**Your responsibilities**:
- You lead a team of approx. 10 Process Engineers in multiple locations, working on small and big Power-to-X (PtX) projects (methanation, H2, gas treatment), running the team capacity planning and resource allocation to projects
- You lead the development of engineering solutions for the above-mentioned technology processes
- You actively shape the collaboration and technical exchange with our subsidiaries HZI Biomethane (gas upgrading) and HZI Schmack Biogas
- You can participate in project execution as Process Engineer yourself
- You drive and implement global Lessons Learned for our PtX process engineering scope
**Your experiences**:
- You’re a trained process or chemical engineer with 5+ years’ experience as Process Engineer in the Renewable Gas sector
- You have gained first leadership experience
- You are used to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
- You are an empathetic, resilient, assertive, person, able to take decisions
- You have a precise and structured work style and are curious
- You are fluent in English, German and/or Italian is a plus
