PMI’s shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. New products bring new challenges - in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning.

We are currently looking for a Process Lead in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.
- Participate on setting the 24 hours direction for the CC (Combustible Category) line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and be actively involved in the execution of the daily plan.
You will provide data with corresponding analysis during DDS meeting and investigates losses assigned.
Create and establish CL (Centerline Management) targets & limits for the CC line(s).
Drive performance through loss elimination and continuous improvement. Lead problem-solving activities using standard tools such as IPS, 6W2H & UPS to solve the chronic problems on the line(s) in a timely manner.
- Create and establish changeover standards for all appropriate SKUs in the line(s). Review changeover critiques and coach the team to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Build the capability of the team on process failures technical troubleshooting and mastery of process transformation through coaching and delivering on the job training. Build the capability of LS and Line Team in the effective use of IPS/UPS and Work Point Analysis (WPA) tools.
We’re looking for someone with:
- College/University degree or Technical High School
- 3+ years’ experience in Manufacturing
- Experience or exposure in people coordination / management activities would be an asset
- Proficiency in French; English language is an asset
- Customer Focus mindset with good collaboration and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Action oriented, priority setting, problem solving mindset
- Drive for results, organizational agility
- Abilities to motivate others and lead by example
