**TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE (M/F/d)**:

As Technical Sales Manager Customer Service, you will be responsible for the support of regional managers Technical Service for complex spare parts identification and/or customers’ technical questions. This role is key in our roadmap to improve customer satisfaction level. Furthermore, you are committed to the continuous development of technical competence in relation to the material offered and actively promote technical expertise within the team of regional managers, and sales teams in SMS Concast center of competence or in regions. In addition, you will act as a Technical advisor between the Technical Service, Engineering, Metallurgy and Supply Chain departments and be responsible for the continuous improvement of all aspects of technical sales support. In this regards, you will be driving and participating in projects related to E-documentation, know-how protection, maintenance manual documentation with the underlying target to contribute to grow our business. The role also implies conducting surveys on customer maintenance practices and developing a maintenance-based categorization of the spare parts list based on mean time between failure (MTBF) and customer requirements and related claim management.
