Notre implémentation est à Porrentruy, Bâle, Lausanne, Genève, Martigny et bientôt Fribourg, Berne, Zürich et Delémont.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ **:Product Owner (H/F)**

Localité : Genève / Lausanne

Type de contrat : CDI

Taux d’occupation : 80 - 100%

VOS RESPONSABILITÉ:
En tant que Product Owner vous évoluerez dans un cadre 100% AGILE et jouerez un rôle central dans la rénovation et la vision cible du produit.

VOS MISSIONS:

- Vous collaborez main dans la main avec le business owner, le program manager et l’organe de gouvernance du programme pour définir la vision de votre produit et proposer une roadmap opérationnelle cohérente et ambitieuse.
- Avec le soutien de votre Business Owner, vous traduisez les thématiques métier (Epics) en features opérationnelles réalisables dans des cycles de développement de 3 mois environs. Vous apportez toute votre expérience et votre savoir-faire pour maximiser la valeur business des fonctions livrées au métier. Les notions de MVP, WSJF, refinement produit et de story mapping vous sont familières.
- Vous priorisez votre product backlog et définissez des objectifs de sprint ambitieux et réalistes. Vous veillez à la transparence, la clarté et la cohérence de votre product backlog vis-à-vis de votre équipe et de l’ensemble des stakeholders du programme. Vous organisez la cérémonie « sprint planning ».
- Entouré(e) d’un scrum master et d’une équipe chevronnée composée d’environ huit développeurs, business analystes et représentants du métier, vous êtes garant(e) de la qualité du produit en production et fournissez aux stakeholders les preuves suffisantes pour la certification ISAE.
- Vous participez à l’appropriation de votre produit par les populations impactées et soutenez l’effort de test, de communication, de formation et de documentation dans le cadre des releases de votre produit.
- En collaboration avec votre scrum master, vous maintenez un cadre de travail bienveillant, dynamique, orienté sur client et la valeur business produite. Vous soutenez l’équipe Scrum dans le choix de nouvelles technologies et participez activement aux cérémonies « refinement » et « rétro ».
- En collaboration avec les Product Owners d’autres domaines, vous développez continuellement votre rôle. Vous participer également activement aux rituels de synchronisation inter-produits.
- Connaissances prévoyance (et/ou assurance, gestion des absences) un plus

EXPÉRIENCE REQUISE:

- Expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’une équipe fonctionnant en Scrum (3-5 ans)
- Expérience dans la conception de logiciel web en mode SaaS (et/ou portail web)
- Expérience dans le domaine des assurances / services RH serait un plus
- Certification / expérience solide en UX serait un gros plus

FORMATIONS:

- Brevet fédéral ou équivalent dans le domaine ou IT
- 2-3 ans d’expérience avec le produit
- Expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de projets
