‍‍ **En tant que **Product Owner** chez Ivy Partners, vous serez en charge** de**:

- Développer et communiquer explicitement l'objectif du produit
- Créer et communiquer clairement les éléments du Backlog de produit
- Ordonner les éléments du Backlog de produit
- S'assurer que le Product Backlog est transparent, visible et compris de tous
- Travailler sur la conception et le test des nouvelles fonctionnalités afin d’améliorer le produit
- Elaborer un planning et respecter des deadlines pour les livrables

*** À propos de vous **

Vous êtes notre petite pépite si **techniquement**:

- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Product Owner.
- Vous avez évolué dans un environnement agile, notamment Scrum.
- Vous avez de l’expertise dans la prévoyance professionnelle (LPP).

Et si **humainement**:

- Vous êtes organisé.e, rigoureux/se et avez un bon esprit d'équipe.
- Vous êtes ouvert.e d'esprit et capable de proposer des améliorations continues
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec différents interlocuteurs et avez une posture de leader.
