Das nationale ITSM-Kompetenzzentrum besteht aus einem multidisziplinären Team, das agile Prinzipien und Methoden anwendet. Der Product Owner definiert die Anforderungen sowie die Prioritäten, koordiniert und führt inhaltlich die Lösungskonzeption, den Solution Engineer und ITSM Asset Manager in den fachlichen Belangen r

**Das ist dein Beitrag**: Als **Product Owner NSMS** bist du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich, dies in Anlehnung und unter Einhaltung der SRG-weiten Governance und Vorgaben der entsprechenden Gremien:
- Definition der NSMS-Produktvision, Roadmap und den Inhalten der entsprechenden Planning Intervalls
- Verifizierung der Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den NSMS Stakeholder im Kontext der NSMS-Product-Roadmap
- Definition und Priorisierung der Produktmerkmale
- Erstellung und Pflege des Product Backlogs
- Leitung des PI-Planning und Teilnahme an den agilen Zeremonien
- Überprüfung und Abnahme der Arbeiten des DevOps Teams
- Definition und Führung der Umsetzungen in den ITSM-Systemen
- Verwaltung der notwendigen System-Lifecycles

Weiter stellen sie die Einhaltung der ITSM-Standards in ihrem Verantwortungsbereich sicher.**Damit begeisterst du uns**:

- Studium in Informatik/Elektrotechnik mit Abschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung

(mit Vorteil auch betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung)
- Product Owner-Ausbildung mit Zertifizierung (SAFe® oder gleichwertig)
- fundierte Erfahrung im Product Management / Product Ownership im agilen Umfeld
- Langjähriges und vertieftes Wissen in IT Service Management (ITIL / Service-Management-Ausbildung)
- Hilfreich ist (mehrjährige) Erfahrung in der Führung von verteilten, virtuellen Projekt-Teams/-Organisationen
- Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, belastbar und Durchhaltevermögen
- Hohe Flexibilität, Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie Feedback
- und Reflexionsfähigkeit
- Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
- Teamplayer mit ausgesprochen guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch - auch in hektischen Situationen
