For our Portfolio Strategy team in Lausanne, Switzerland we are therefore looking for a CC Portfolio Lead
In this position you will work closely with the Head of CC Portfolio in defining, planning and execution of CC portfolio strategies that help to achieve annual and long-term KPIs. Ensure that strategies are maximized within the limitations of a restrictive legislative environment.
You will:
Contribute to building annual CC brand and strategic plans, including entire marketing mix (product, placement, price, promotion) for our supported brands.
Monitor brand and category performance and support optimization for product portfolio, considering customer needs, market potential, competitors, and performance.
Manage CC portfolio and support implementation of CC portfolio projects: new launches, limited packaging/price editions, consumer digital promotions, product and packaging changes and special initiatives ensuring efficient and effective launch of projects, from ideation to post-launch, including project planning and management, involving all necessary stakeholders and excellence in execution.
Collaborate with multiple local teams, global teams, and external agencies to develop campaigns, product packaging, assets to support key products, key visuals, product promotions, point of sale and trade material as well as new introductions.
Work closely with Key Account, Supply Chain, and global Operations teams to ensure production volumes, DIMs, slots, timely distribution, and placement in key accounts within Switzerland.
Track CC direct marketing expenses and sales allowance budget. Liaise with Key Accounts and Finance teams to validate product promotions and compensations. Track expenses, accruals, inputs for RF for the CC Portfolio team.
Coordinate PLM submissions for CC, coordinating gate submissions of full multi category portfolio and alignment between stakeholders.
Initiate and manage Gate submissions for CC product and packaging initiatives, collaborating closely with Global and regional teams, operations, and supply chain.
We’re looking for someone with:
Previous experience in marketing
Understanding field sales is an asset
Project management experience
Sound analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to deal with big cross-functional projects.
Positive thinking, action oriented with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
