Le Département Infrastructures IT est chargé de l’hébergement du système d’information, des activités inhérentes à la planification des mises à jour et des tests, de l’infrastructure des places de travail des collaborateurs, ainsi que la gestion documentaire pour toute la Banque.
Pour compléter l’équipe de Change & Release Management et afin de contribuer à la bonne gestion des mises en production IT dans le but de garantir nos critères de qualité dans le respect des bonnes pratiques du marché, nous cherchons une ou un
**Release Manager**
**Vos missions principales**:
- coordonner et piloter la livraison en production des évolutions du Système d’Information (SI) dans le respect des processus et des critères de qualité des tests,
- analyser et maîtriser les risques inhérents aux mises en production, prendre les mesures adéquates pour leur mitigation et/ou la gestion de leurs impacts,
- faire évoluer et documenter le processus de release management en fonction de l’évolution des pratiques du marché et des nouvelles méthodologies (DEVOPS),
- appuyer la direction du département dans l’évaluation des risques et la prise de décision en lien avec les mises en production IT,
- accompagner (coacher) les chefs de projets IT pour assurer des mises en production respectueuses des bonnes pratiques.
**Votre profil**:
- formation supérieure de type Bachelor ou Master,
- 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la gestion des mises en production ou dans la gestion de projet IT complexes,
- volonté de travailler en équipe dans un souci de collaboration quotidien et de partage d’expérience,
- parfaite maitrise du français et très bonnes connaissances en anglais,
- faire preuve de rigueur, méthodologie, autonomie et responsabilité,
- très bonnes compétences en communication,
- expérience dans le développement IT et le monde bancaire est un plus,
- certification en project management, ITIL ou processus agile est un plus.
