Le département Transformation Digitale et System Informatique (TDSI) est en train de renforcer ses capabilités de Delivery Transverse afin de réaliser avec succès ses initiatives stratégiques. Dans ce cadre, nous sommes à la recherche d’un/e Release Manager (h/f/x) - 80-100% :

Les missions qui vous attendent :

Gérer l’ensemble des déploiements en environnements intégrés :

  • Administrer les promotions de « packages » applicatifs au travers des environnements de test.
  • Recueillir le besoin des projets de manière proactive en vue du Go Live.
  • Rédiger le plan de cutover puis coordonner son exécution lors de la mise en production.

Coordination et Priorisation des Initiatives :

  • Collaborer avec les « Releases Engineers » des applications spécifiques de la Vaudoise assurance.
  • Faciliter l'arbitrage entre les déploiements applicatifs.
  • Participer à fournir une visibilité globale et continue sur les initiatives en cours et à venir.

Suivi et Reporting :

  • Assurer un suivi global et consolidé des versions applicatives déployées dans chaque environnement.
  • Partager une vue détaillée de la configuration des environnements avec les parties prenantes.

Amélioration des Processus :

  • Mettre en place des processus standardisés et des méthodes de travail.
  • Promouvoir le partage des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques entre les équipes de programmes et de projets.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme d’études supérieures en informatique, dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience significative en gestion de dépendances et en intégration de systèmes.
  • Excellente capacité à coordonner des équipes transverses et à travailler en mode collaboratif.
  • Des connaissances en développement ainsi que dans les domaines de l’infrastructure et du cloud sont un plus.
  • Connaissance de JIRA ou d'un outil similaire.
  • Maîtrise du français (B2 min) et de l’anglais (B2 min) à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Proactif et force de proposition, vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et savez prioriser des initiatives en fonction des besoins stratégiques et anticiper la résolution des conflits liés aux dépendances. A l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral, vous êtes reconnu pour vos compétences en communication relationnelle.
