Job Description

Due to our continued success in onboarding new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem, we are expanding and looking for an Application & Integration Manager in Lausanne.

As an Application & Integration Manager, you'll lead the technical integration of our software/products in our client’s environment. Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto our client’s infrastructure (cloud and on-premise) and provide technical support for software and system upgrades.

What You'll Do As An Application & Integration Manager
  1. Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure.
  2. Manage and configure application releases (deployments and upgrades) or guide the customer to do so.
  3. Configure the application according to the requirements provided by the Project Manager or the client / Assist client application management teams in the application setup.
  4. Participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades.
  5. Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task.
  6. If necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams.
What Skills You'll Need as an Application & Integration Manager
  1. Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices.
  2. Good knowledge of SQL databases.
  3. DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, OpenShift.
  4. Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts.
  5. Good knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl/wget, etc.).
  6. Good knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc.).
  7. Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq, Finnova, S2i, etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous.
  8. L3 support experience would be very valuable.
  9. Decent experience with information system troubleshooting.
  10. Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
  11. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  12. Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
