**CONTEXT**
- We are looking for an intern to assist the
- **HRIS Talent and Experience team** in deploying and designing our
- **Employee Listening and Volunteering tools** across Brands and Regions for a
- **6-month period.**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- As the HRIS People Engagement Intern, you will be in charge of:
- Partner with the **HR People Engagement team** to support employees’ listening surveys by **managing the feed of data from our HRIS system** into the platform and assuring all **needed demographics** are available.
- Supporting the HR People Engagement team deploying **Employee Listening tools** and our **Volunteering platform** across **Maisons, Functions and Regions**.
- Support Maisons, Region, Function and the HR People Engagement team on the **technical usage of the tools**, mainly through **raising and coordinating tickets** to Developer teams to get data from our HRIS system to other systems and connecting with other IT stakeholders for **Integrations, SSO, Data Analytics**.

- You are fluent in **English, French is a plus**.
