**Global Project Manager (Entwicklung von Medizin-/Diagnostik Produkten) (m/w/d)**:
**Beschreibung**

Wir suchen einen Kandidaten für die Position als Globaler Projektmanager in Rotkreuz. Hauptaufgabe ist es, Projektteams, die neue Produkte entwickeln oder bestehende Produkte am Markt halten, in die Lage zu versetzen, das gesetzte Ziel mit den gegebenen Ressourcen so effektiv und effizient wie möglich zu erreichen.

**Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in** besitzt einen Universitätsabschluss mit 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement für die Entwicklung von Medizin-/Diagnostik Produkten. Die Person kommuniziert fliessend in Englisch und Deutsch.

**Aufgaben**
- Einrichtung und Implementierung von Projekt-/Programm-/Produktstrukturen für Produktentwicklungs
- und -pflegeaktivitäten einschliesslich Kommunikationsmanagement, Zeitpläne, Ressourcen
- und Haushaltspläne, Fortschritt und Kosten Kontrolle.
- Erstellt, koordiniert und pflegt integrierte Projektpläne einschliesslich Abhängigkeiten, Ressourcen und Budgets, die es den Teams ermöglichen, effizient und effektiv zu arbeiten.
- Verantwortlich für die Implementierung der Qualitätsabteilung in Projekte in den folgenden Bereichen: Projektrisikomanagement, Analyse kritischer Pfade, Szenarioerstellung und Analyse; Budget; robuste Planung
- Führt konsistent Projektmanagementprozesse durch, einschließlich der Leitung und Verwaltung der Vorbereitung auf Meilensteinüberprüfungen, Kapazitätsüberprüfungen (cQCR, SCR und fQCR) usw., falls zutreffend, und können zu Verbesserungen führen Initiativen. Folgt Best-Practices in Projekt-/Produktteams und fördert kontinuierliche Verbesserungen durch den Austausch von Best-Practices Praktiken und Wissen unter Kollegen
- Wählt die Projektmethodik und wendet gegebenenfalls agile Methoden an, einschließlich Coaching und Anleitung Teams in der Projektmethodik, einschließlich agiler Praktiken (mit Projekt-/Programmleitern oder PMC-Management, wenn angemessen). Ist in der Lage, in einer hybriden agilen Rolle zu arbeiten, die agile Methoden kombiniert (in der Regel innerhalb des Projekts/Produkts) Team) mit nicht agilen Methoden (wird in der Regel mit Partnern und einigen Funktionen benötigt)
- Verwaltet Meetings und kann den Wissensaustausch zwischen Projekt-/Produktteams und Unterkapiteln verwalten um die Effektivität des Projekts zu erhöhen und die Umsetzung zu optimieren. Stellt eine positive Dynamik des Projekt-/Produktteams her durch Teambildung
- Zielsetzung: Festlegung, Messung und Meldung von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs), Standardkennzahlen, Ziele und Schlüsselergebnisse (OKRs) oder ergebnisorientierte Planung (OBPs) - Schlüsselergebnisse für Projekte, die Teams und Funktionen, um Qualität, Effizienz und Effektivität zu messen und zu verbessern
- Agiert als vertrauenswürdiger Berater mit einem 360°-Blick auf alle Ebenen zur Beratung und Unterstützung der Projekt-/Produktteams sowie die breitere Organisation in der ganzheitlichen Planung, Projektrisikomanagement, Szenario-Erstellung als kritische Pfadanalyse mit dem Ziel, eine optimierte Wertschöpfung zu gewährleisten.
- Zentrale Anlaufstelle und AMP;-Kontrolle für Projekt
- und Programmdaten, die von den Funktionen erfasst wurden
- Identifiziert Projektrisiken und beschreibt die potenziellen Auswirkungen auf Budget, Zeitplan und Umfang. Identifiziert Lücken, Potenzielle Engpässe oder Verzögerungen, hinterfragen Annahmen und schlagen Optionen vor, um Lücken zu schließen und Projekte zu erhalten wieder auf Kurs zu bringen und gleichzeitig die Probleme proaktiv an die Anspruchsgruppen zu kommunizieren
- Verwaltet Projekt-/Produktteaminformationen, um die Teams selbst, die Lebenszyklusteams (LCTs), zu unterstützen und/oder sonstige Entscheidungsfindung durch das Leitungsgremium. Stellt häufig grobe/vordefinierte und aktuelle Planungen bereit Daten für Szenario-Analysen und Entscheidungsfindung auf Portfolio-Ebene.
- Fungiert als agiler Programmmanager, wie definiert durch den skalierten agilen Rahmen (Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe), soweit zutreffend
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sub-Chapter Leads, Network Leads, Functional Partners, Finance, Portfolio Management, Analytics & Insights und andere Chapter, um eine optimierte Projektdurchführung zu gewährleisten.
