Sie agieren als unverzichtbare Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren internen Teams in Zürich, Genf und Luxemburg, sowie externen Partnern, um nahtlose und effektive Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen.

Stellenbeschreibung:
- Kundenbeziehung auf höchster Stufe: Sie betreuen umfassend unsere Kunden und deren Bankinfrastruktur
- und Business Process Outsourcing Aktivitäten (mit einem Fokus auf Global Custody und Private Label Funds).- Wachstum fördern: Tragen Sie aktiv zur Akquise neuer Kunden bei und unterstützen Sie die operative Exzellenz unseres Angebots. Übernehmen Sie die Leitung der Kundenonbardings in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen (u.a. Legal, Compliance und Operations)- Projektleitung mit Impact: Führen Sie eigenständig Kundenprojekte und Business Analyst-Tätigkeiten durch, die einen direkten Einfluss auf unsere Dienstleistungsqualität haben.- Kommunikationsdrehscheibe: Agieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und diversen internen Stellen in Zürich, Genf und Luxembourg (Fondsleitung, Fondsbuchhaltung, Wertschriften-Operations, IT, Legal, Tax etc.) sowie Drittparteien (Vermögensverwaltern, Revisoren, Beratern etc.).- Vielfältige operative Unterstützung: Engagieren Sie sich in einer Vielzahl von operativen Tätigkeiten, wie Cash Management, Zahlungsverkehr, Abrechnung und Überwachung intern und extern gehandelter FX sowie Optionen
- und Futures-Transaktionen sowie der Koordination und Verbuchung von Transaktionen von nicht-deponierten Werten wie z.B. Private Equity, Infrastrukturanlagen und Immobilien.

Anforderungsprofil:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebsökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzsektor, idealerweise in der Betreuung von institutionellen Kunden.- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein überzeugendes Auftreten.- Teamgeist, Engagement und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus.- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen nach Genf.
