**Responsibilities**:

- Key Responsibilities:
- Short
- and mid-term product portfolio and roadmap development-
- Definition, prioritization, and alignment of product features, according to both market strategy and technical requirements-
- Manage the product life cycle, across the entire Cell Biology product line, continuous review of portfolio performance-
- Actively participate in project teams and support the product development process until the market launch-
- Maintain market knowledge, trends, competition, and customer needs, identifying and analyzing market opportunities-
- Collaborate closely with your Product Management and Market Segment colleagues, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Communications, and Support functions-
- Visit Customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and Partners, while collecting market feedback-
- Attend Exhibitions, Conferences, Symposia and Webinars, as well as organize product trainingsLearn more about our liquid handling systems here:
Qualifications:
- Completed scientific PhD or Master’s degree with focus on Cell Biology, ideally with business experience (MBA/MAS or similar educations are a plus)- Product Management experience in the Life Sciences industry, Marketing, or relevant B2B experience- Experience in laboratory tasks or automated liquid handling preferred- Experience and knowledge in GxP environments is a plus- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Well-organized and efficient in self-management- Analytical skills and the ability to work independently- Team-oriented, problem-solving attitude- Fluent in German and very good English is a must (C1 level)- The workplace is located in Bonaduz with optional remote days (up to 40%)- Ability to travel (approximately 20%), to meet and coordinate with the Sales team and various partners
