**Responsibilities**:
As our Social Media Manager, you have the exciting opportunity to be the voice of our company and connect with over 100,000 followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Our followers are eager to stay informed about our company and products, learn about the world of mechanical ventilation, and hear from other customers just like them. Your role is essential in bringing this all to life.
Not only will you play a key role in sharing valuable information and experiences, but you will also work closely with the teams in Product Communication, Product Management, Academy, and Branding to create and share content that truly resonates with our audience. And with local Marketing Communication Managers in the UK, USA, India, and France, you will have a diverse and global perspective to draw from.

**Responsibilities**:
- Craft engaging text, photo, and video content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Analyze performance and refine social media strategy to grow audience and engagement
- Design impactful global campaigns to raise brand awareness, drive conversions, and ignite conversations
- Build strong relationships with different stakeholder within the company to ensure a constant flow of interesting and relevant content
- Monitor and manage online discussions and moderate social platforms
- Manage social media budget for maximum impact
- Stay knowledgeable about Hamilton Medical products and technologies to serve fans with the best experience
- Create news entries for our website and our Partner-net
- Create and send newsletters for distribution partners and customers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Level C2 or native speaker) is a must; good knowledge of German and French is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver creative content (text, image, graphic, video)
- Strong interest in medical technology and products; experience in the medtech / healthcare environment is a plus
- Curiosity to learn new things and an inquisitive mind
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Experience with the Social Media Management Software Oktopost and our Newsletter Management Tool Magnolia is a plus
