Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Lead Manager indépendant pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.
**Description du Poste**:
**Responsabilités**:
- Concevoir, développer et gérer des campagnes de génération de leads sur les principales plateformes de réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyser les performances des campagnes et optimiser les stratégies en fonction des résultats obtenus.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour s'assurer que les leads générés répondent aux critères de qualification.
- Effectuer une veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances du marché pour rester à la pointe des techniques de génération de leads.
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les KPIs et les performances des campagnes.
**Compétences Requises**:
- Expérience démontrée en tant que Lead Manager ou dans un rôle similaire de génération de leads.
- Excellente maîtrise des plateformes de réseaux sociaux et des outils de gestion de campagnes publicitaires (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Compétences en création de contenu, incluant la rédaction, la conception graphique de base.
- Capacité analytique pour interpréter les données et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
- Autonomie et proactivité dans la gestion des tâches et des projets.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration.
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience dans la génération de leads sur les réseaux sociaux, dans la gestion de campagnes publicitaires ou autres.
