- At least 3 years experience, ideally at an international school
- Teaching qualifications, including specialism
- An understanding of Middle School philosophy and best practice
- Experience teaching Health curriculum
- Personal interest, strength & expertise in one or more of concept based curriculum, health curriculum, social - emotional learning
- Understanding of, and experience with an inquiry based pedagogical approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth, of yourself and colleagues
- Ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs
- Ability to engage & inspire students to develop a lifelong commitment to physical activity
- A commitment to relationship building with students and colleagues
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- A commitment to involvement in coaching competitive school teams and in our advisory program
