- The Secondary Theatre Arts teacher also has responsibility for the annual Secondary Musical production.***
- The Head of Grade 11 Role:

- A Head of Grade (HOG) has the responsibility for coordinating and managing the operations of a grade level Advisory team. The HOG works closely with the Assistant Principals, Guidance Counselor, IB and AP Coordinators to monitor the academic progress and social-emotional health of students.***

- Advisory Program Planning:

- plan, coordinate and facilitate monthly grade level Advisory Team meetings****:
- plan, propose and develop Advisory activities/curriculum in conjunction with the Assistant Principals, Counselors and other Head of Grades****:
- support grade level Advisors with the instruction and execution of the Advisory curriculum***

- assist with the August orientation program for new and returning students****:
- attend planning meetings with the Assistant Principals, Guidance Counselor and other Head of Grades to plan grade level activities for the weekly meetings and Advisory program****:
- assist with the organization of Grade Level experiential learning trips and fostering curricular connections with those experiences***

- Student Support and Family Communication

- assist the Guidance Counselor with the transition of incoming and departing students****:
- monitor students’ academic progress****:
- participate in bi-weekly Student Support Team (SST) meetings****:
- facilitate student Level 1 Student Support Interventions and follow up with family/teacher communications****:
- coordinate team efforts to celebrate and recognize student success (i.e. Mission awards)****:
- facilitate student/teacher and parent/teacher conferences as needed****:
- represent the grade level for students, faculty, administration and parents***

- Applicants should have at least 3 years of previous teaching experience, in an international school. Applicants must furnish evidence of:
