With a team size of 5 employees, the Operational Design Team is rather compact. And with efficient and clear processes as well as enterprise architecture, that's how we'd like to make a change in this journey.

**What to expect**:

- You help to optimize the enterprise architecture framework, create and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- You will analyse, measure, and optimise customer needs in terms of processes, business and IT architecture, data and interfaces together with process and enterprise architects
- You will document the processes using multiple architectural models

**The skills you'll bring**:

- Multiyear, solid track record in the areas of Enterprise Architecture
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or equivalent work experience
- Ability to describe and present complex issues in a comprehensible way
- Growth mindset and holistic thinking
- Fluent German and good English skills are a must, other languages are an advantage
