Our bold ambition in Oncology is to help patients by eliminating cancer as a cause of death, with the aim of bringing ten new cancer medicines to patients between by 2023. A broad pipeline of next-generation medicines is focused principally on disease areas - Breast, Ovarian, Lung, GI/GU and Hematological cancers.

**What you’ll do**

**Responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Anticipating opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and AZ aligned opportunities.
- Modeling how to stay current with clinical competence and trends in the marketplace
- Strong knowledge of Oncology, proactively helping peers to continually build and deliver on improved Clinical Acumen.
- Leading without authority; collaborating with key stakeholders and is a leading contributor to shaping and influencing decisions and strategy
- Promoting innovation in training
- Proactively finding ways to streamline and share best practice to elevate thinking

**Essential for the role**
- A blend of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Oncology experience
- Extensive experience in Oncology
- A few years of experience of training, training related or key account management activities
- ** Strong and confirmed field experience preferably on a managerial position**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
- F**luency in English and communicative German are critical.**
