**Front Office Agent (STARS)**

Tes tâches sont:

- Tu te considères comme un hôte, tu accueilles chaleureusement nos clients et tu te comportes avec eux de manière ouverte et charmante
- Tu effectues le check-in et le check-out de nos clients
- Tu réponds aux demandes de réservation et tu les traites
- Tu prends en charge la gestion de la caisse et le contrôle des débits
- Tu effectues toutes les tâches administratives du front office de manière sûre et autonome.
- Tu contribues à un processus opérationnel efficace et efficient
- Tu assures un flux de communication actif entre tous les secteurs de notre établissement

Notre profil d’exigences à te concernant est suivant:

- Tu as suivi une formation dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie
- Tu as déjà acquis de l’expérience dans des postes comparables
- Tu disposes de très bonnes connaissances en anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Tu te caractérises par ton engagement et ton autonomie, ta capacité à travailler en équipe et ton sens des responsabilités
- Idéalement, tu as déjà acquis des connaissances dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie de groupe
- Une expérience avec le logiciel hôtelier Opera te sera utile dans ton nouveau poste
