As a Piaget Ambassador, you are expected to inspire clients passionately, driving sales in line with the ambitions of the Boutique. You should ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service. Furthermore, on the topics below you should:
**Brand Ambassador and Client Service Excellence**
- Bring the Piaget Client Experience to life.
- Represent the Piaget Image with the highest standard and promote Piaget inside and outside of the boutique.
- Maintain an excellent level of knowledge and understanding of our creations, collections, and trends, to tell the story of Piaget.
- Maintain an excellent level of knowledge and understanding of our competitors and their main collections.
- Have a good understanding of the luxury industry market trends - specifically the hard luxury sector.
- CS management - take care of issues independently. Take advice/escalate only when necessary. Resolve client issues when they arise by promptly investigating the causes, propose solutions.

**Client Relationship & Portfolio Development**
- Be commercially driven and client-centric whilst delivering the Piaget sales ceremony.
- Cultivate exceptional client relationships with both local and international clients to maintain and enhance client loyalty as to increase the boutique client portfolio
- Establish action plans and strategies to increase and develop your client portfolio - upgrade high potentials and awake dormant clients.
- Work proactively and independently to acquire and develop High Profile clients.
- Participate in client events as well as VIP events to drive HT sales.
- Achieve personal and HTI targets set by the business, by working strategically on annual plan to deliver.

**Boutique Operations**
- Radiate a positive, will-do attitude, be a role model in behaviour, performance and compliance.
- Organize and manage in and outgoing post, along with the rest of the team
- Handle back-office related tasks, along with the rest of the team
- Take responsibility regarding processes, procedures and cultivating a harmonious and safe boutique environment.
- Proactively participate in team meetings, events, regular inventories, and all daily operations as required.
- Suggest new ways-to-work / organization to enhance Back-of-House efficiency

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are client centric whilst commercially driven with a proven track-record
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have a warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily.
- You are a true team player with the image of a qualified Luxury professional.
- You have a growth mindset, like to challenge the status quo and never want to stop learning.
- You are Fluent in English and German. Arabic is a big plus.
- Should you have a transferable existing client portfolio, this is a big plus
- Should you have knowledge of High jewellery and high watchmaking, this is considered as a big plus.
- You are highly organised and have a demonstratable structured way of working
