On behalf of our esteemed Luxury Customer, we are recruiting the following profile:
**SALES CONSULTANT FT / PERMANENT CONTRACT / ZÜRICH**

**_Duties and responsibilities: _**
- Guarantee operative functioning of the store
- Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
- CRM activities and online channel management
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Ensure a good work environment
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Assist all sales team members
- Control of checkout and bank transfers
- Stock activities
- Ensure the correct management of the merchandise
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of Sales Associate/Client Advisor (not necessarily in Luxury brands)
- **Fluent ENGLISH and GERMAN are mandatory**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
- Good IT skills
- Customer oriented
- Multi - tasking abilities
- Able to work in a multicultural team
