About the role

The position will be for a fixed term of 6-7 months only.

As a Junior Customer Service Health Professional you are part of our customer service team which operates in the pharmacy sales area (pharmacies, drugstore and sales force). You will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers and will report to the Lead Customer Service Switzerland within the DACH QSC department.

Key responsibilities
- (Telephone) contact person for customers (pharmacy / field force)
- End-to-end processing of both written and telephone customer enquiries.
- Receipt and processing of customer complaints of any kind - forwarding to other internal departments (Quality, Packaging Development or Scientific Information) if necessary.
- Complete documentation of customer communication in the CRM system and SAP.
- Order management: complete and on schedule entry / processing of customer orders
- Collaboration on the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to customer service, such as availability, order time in full (OTIF), etc.
- Taking on special projects to optimise customer service.

Qualifications and skills

Essential- Solid basic education (e.g. commercial apprenticeship) or equivalent- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or in a comparable environment with customer contact.- Very good communication - verbal and written - skills in German, English and French. Any other national language considered an advantage.- Solid knowledge of MS Office, (initial) experience in SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM preferred.
