As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to enforce and implement industry-leading standards within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study and understand the project scope and relevant standards.
- Build a strong network with important stakeholders.
- Proactively align with the project team and various departments.
- Share technical standards with the project team and save them on the project SharePoint.
- Inform relevant individuals about specific equipment standards.
- Participate in technical meetings between stakeholders.
- Review and approve P&IDs.
- Coordinate conformity declarations according to industry regulations.
- Participate in approval workflows.
- Attend audits as an observing auditor.
- Lead discussions on proposed technical changes and coordinate change requests.
- Prepare and execute the handover of technical information.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (process, pharmaceutical, biochemical or equivalent).
- Experience with microbial process equipment and relevant software.
- Experience with Upstream and Downstream Process
- Strong understanding of design principles and process operations.
- Collaborative personality, strong decision maker, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to interface with various teams and external partners.
- Adaptability to changing conditions.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate and convey requirements to the project team.
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in German advantageous.

**Job Types**: 100%, Permanent

**Salary**: CHF130,000.00 - CHF150,000.00 per year
