Visp, Schweiz Hobson Prior Vollzeit

Hobson Prior are looking for an EHS Manager Project to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis. Our client is focused on facilitating a healthier society.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this potion, you will supervise EHS stats of project an initiation of EHS improvement measures.
- Give feedback from project implementation for consistent improvement of the EHS management system.
- Plan, execute and maintain project specific EHS program such a engineering & construction, rendering to contractual needs.
- Review the safety/risk level of the plant and/or systems together with technical disciplines through the use of specific studies, evaluations and audits.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in an engineering/scientific field, such as mechanical, industrial, safety & health sciences, environmental science, etc.
- At least 10+ years of experience in a chemical/pharmaceutical/industrial engineering EPC project.
- Expertise on construction industry practices, as well as regulatory agency needs.
- Previously worked in a construction organisation, ideally within a pharmaceutical organisation.
- Know-how of Swiss EHS codes and standards.
- At least 5+ years of experience in EHS management, supervising manufacturing settings.
- Relevant certifications, licenses, registrations; EHS accredited with a globally identified body.
- Familiarity with local cantonal and government legal compliance.
- Regulatory certifications.
- Fluency in both the German and English languages.
