Zur Verstärkung unseres Mandats in der Bankenbranche suchen wir für das Key Account Management Team in Basel per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit als Customer Service ManagerIn mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung.
Koordination der Service Provider
Operative Unterstützung der Immobilienstrategie
Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder zur Verbesserung und Sicherstellung der zentralen
Serviceleistung
Koordination und Überwächung von Aufträgen
Steuerung von Projekten und Erstellung von Bauprojektkostenanalysen
Stetige Optimierung der Prozesse
Sicherstellung der Service-Qualität
Verwaltung von Tools im Zuständigkeitsbereich von Property Services
Description du profil
Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Facility Management
Berufserfahrung im Facility Management oder im Bereich Immobilien Management
Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
Vernetzte Denkweise, technisches Verständnis
Systematische, selbstständige sowie proaktive Arbeitsweise
Überzeugendes Auftreten und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten Ausgesprochenes Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationstalent
Ausgeglichene und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kunden
